Price Matching Guidelines

At Tires On The Run, we stand behind our competitive pricing and exceptional local service. We'll match the net price (including installation, balancing, and mounting, before taxes, levies, and any additional fees) of an eligible competitor's current quote for the purchase and installation of four identical eligible passenger or light truck tires.

To ensure a fair comparison, if the competitor's quoted price includes charges for additional services or protections that we provide at no extra cost (such as road hazard coverage, free flat repairs, free tire rotations, or free rebalancing), we will add the value of those competitor charges to their quoted price for the purpose of matching. This way, you're getting true apples-to-apples value, including the benefits we include standard with every tire purchase.

Bring us a current, verifiable quote or advertisement from an eligible local competitor showing a lower total price for the same set of four tires (same brand, model, part number/size, specifications).

The tires must be in stock at the competitor's location or readily available through their standard ordering process (with installation included).

They must be a line of tires that is available and in-stock at one of our suppliers.

We'll match the adjusted net price on the spot, provided all conditions below are met.

Proof of the competitor's pricing is required (e.g., printed ad, email quote, website screenshot showing current pricing and any service add-ons, or similar verifiable documentation).

Price match applies only to tires purchased and installed at our Airdrie location.

Passenger car or light truck tires (personal use only; not for commercial/fleet applications).

Must be the same brand, exact model/part number, size, load/speed rating, and other specifications.

Set of two or four tires required for the match.

Local tire retailers, auto service centers, or dealerships within 50 km of our Airdrie, Alberta shop.

Examples include independent tire shops, car dealerships, mechanic shops, or similar retail tire installers in the area.

To keep our pricing sustainable while offering great value and expert local service, the following do not qualify for price matching:

Membership warehouse clubs or bulk/membership warehouse retailers (including those requiring paid membership for access to pricing).

Online-only retailers, auction sites, or sellers that do not provide in-person tire installation services.

Manufacturer direct sales, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) pricing, special fleet/commercial pricing.

Clearance, liquidation, closeout, rain check, or limited-time promotional prices not openly available to the general public.

Prices that include manufacturer rebates (instant or mail-in), instant discounts, coupons, or other offers that reduce the final price below standard advertised levels.

Freight, shipping, or delivery charges.

Any pricing not verifiable or not current (e.g., expired ads, unconfirmed quotes).

Competitors located more than 50 km from our Airdrie shop.

Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, coupons, or promotions at Tires On The Run.

Tires must be installed at our location (no exceptions).

For personal use only – not valid for commercial, fleet, or wholesale applications.

We reserve the right to verify the competitor's quote (including any service add-ons or protections) and refuse any price match at our sole discretion (e.g., if pricing appears invalid, restricted, promotional in nature, or if services cannot be accurately compared).

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this Price Match Guarantee at any time without notice.

All decisions regarding eligibility, adjustments for services, and application of this policy are final.

This policy lets us compete fairly with local Airdrie-area retailers while highlighting the real value we deliver — no membership required, no hidden fees for the services that matter most, and personalized attention every step of the way.

If you have a qualifying quote from a local competitor within 50 km, bring it in (along with details on any extra service charges they add)

we'll review it and make it work for you.
